Site Specific H&S - Changing a Shower Curtain

Remember the following point's so you do not cause yourself harm.

1. Do not over reach yourself - Potencially causing a strain which could lead to injury.

2. Do not stand on anything to reach higher - potencially causing a slip and a fall which could lead to serius injury.

3. If you cant comfortably reach to perform the task then call for assistance from your supervisor,manager.

4. Keep yourself safe at all times.
